Unexpectedly, they witnessed waves surging from the pond ahead, within Five Breaths time a massive, crab-like creature burst forth from the pond.

"What is that thing? How revolting!"

Seeing the creature emerge, holding a corpse with claw-like pincers, Duan Gujin and others watched aghast as it swallowed the corpse whole.
