Chapter 212 Senior Leon
Chapter 212 Senior Leon
"what--"
Ivy woke up from the wooden chair with her heart beating like thunder. It took her a long time to calm down.
The surrounding scene turned into Sigma Middle School again. This was the cafeteria, which Ivy was very familiar with.
The memory of the world's change has not yet faded, and the information in Ivy's mind is crisscrossed. She is somewhat skeptical about the reality of the other world.
"That world...that world may just be an absurd dream." She comforted herself.
"After all, I had no idea who Joshua was."
Ivy quickly adjusted her mindset and began to look forward to lunch on the table.
She looked around cautiously. All the classmates were sitting at their seats. In front of them was a small square table covered with a white lace tablecloth.
Two white candlesticks, a bottle of chilled red wine, a pot of bright roses, three pairs of silver knives and forks, and a plate of food covered with a silver iron mesh.
The smooth porcelain plate took up most of the table, and the delicious aroma of the steak filled the air. Ivy licked her lips and couldn't wait to open it and taste it.
The men wore black suits and the women wore formal gowns.
Everyone's legs were covered with a red satin scarf, and each table was staffed by two servants with polite smiles. They walked gracefully in the restaurant with their heads held high, with a square white cloth draped over their arms.
"How did the school cafeteria become a Western restaurant? And such a high-end Western restaurant at that."
Ivy talked to herself in confusion. She turned around and glanced at the servant who was serving tea and water, but she showed no intention of stopping the steak she was putting into her mouth.
"Ivy."
"what!"
The blonde girl suddenly appeared in front of Ivy's desk. She had a smiling face and a calm and gentle expression, which scared Ivy.
There seemed to be some conflict with her before, but Ivy couldn't remember it no matter what. She was convinced that this was the first time she saw this girl.
"Is it delicious? How do you feel?" the blonde girl asked with a gentle smile.
"It's delicious. It's incredible that we have such food in our cafeteria." Ivy put another big piece of steak into her mouth.
"Of course, we have made all the preparations to welcome you." The other party continued, with the corner of his mouth raised and no intention of lowering it.
"Why welcome me again? I know I'm welcome, but... why did I say 'again'?"
"Haha! Don't worry too much. The graduation dance tonight will definitely go smoothly. Just focus on preparing yourself."
"Prom, tonight... Oh! I almost forgot, thank you for reminding me!"
"You're welcome! You must be nervous, but don't be afraid, just say 'I do' and wait for the ring to be on your finger."
"Wait... cough cough cough!" Ivy spat out the steak that had just entered her mouth, "What did you say?"
After a few more violent coughs, she took a few sips of iced wine, then leaned her head forward in surprise.
"It's the graduation party tonight. Senior Leon is going to propose to you. You won't forget about it, right?"
The blonde tilted her head and replied in confusion.
"You can forget everything except this. Otherwise, what's the point of holding the graduation party?"
"Cough cough...cough cough..."
Ivy almost choked to death on her own saliva. She quickly waved her hands and denied it with a flushed face.
“No, no, no, don’t be so anxious… Please tell me first… cough cough cough… Who is Senior Leon?”
"You don't know Senior Leon? You don't know that Senior Leon is about to propose to you?"
The blonde girl's voice rose quickly, her face was livid and her eyes were full of anger.
"Propose! Ridiculous!"
"That's Senior Leon!"
"Even if it's Cedric the Great from Harry Potter, I won't agree to it!"
Ivy was also a little angry. She stood up suddenly, and the wooden chair behind her was knocked over with a loud noise.
As if some taboo had been touched, the blonde girl suddenly stood up. Her facial features became sharp, swollen, and gathered, and her whole body looked like a burning turkey.
Just as Ivy was moving slowly and preparing to escape, the blonde girl picked up the wine glass full of wine on the next table at the speed of light without saying a word.
"Bitch!"
"Snapped--"
A steady stream of red liquid gushed out of the wine glass and sprayed all over Ivy.
Ivy was unable to dodge and was sprayed directly across the face.
The red liquid was sticky and moist, and Ivy's vision was blurred. The world slowly darkened until the familiar darkness fell again.
